On May 20, the 3-day 21st "China Optics Valley" International Optoelectronic Expo (Wuhan Optoelectronics Expo) came to a successful conclusion at Wuhan Optics Valley Science & Technology Exhibition Center.

100mW/200mW/400mW CW DFB Series

Covering full power ranges from 100mW to 400mW, they are core light source components for long-distance high-speed optical transmission in computing networks. Widely applied in 800G/1.6T high-speed coherent optical modules, external light sources for silicon photonic modules, long-reach optical interconnection in data centers, 5G/6G fronthaul/midhaul/backhaul optical transmission and metropolitan area optical networks.

100G PAM4 EML Series

Capable of high-speed modulation of single-channel 100Gbps PAM4 signals. Mainly used in 800G/1.6T optical modules, 2km/10km medium & long-range optical interconnection in AI data centers, cloud data center interconnection and high-speed optical transmission of supercomputing clusters.

100G PAM4 VCSEL Series

Featuring low threshold, high bandwidth and high modulation efficiency, these devices act as key components for high-speed interconnection between servers and switches inside AI clusters. They are widely adopted in short-range optical interconnection of AI data centers and supercomputing clusters, AOC active optical cables, backplane interconnections and multi-mode optical modules.

Automotive Optical Communication VCSEL/PD Series

With automotive-grade wide-temperature operation, excellent vibration resistance and high reliability, they realize high-speed photoelectric signal conversion in vehicle environments. Ideal for in-vehicle high-speed optical interconnection (automotive Ethernet), high-speed data transmission of intelligent driving domain controllers, V2X vehicle-to-everything optical communication and LiDAR blind-spot compensation. They effectively break the bandwidth bottleneck of in-vehicle high-speed data transmission during the upgrade of intelligent vehicle electrical and electronic architecture.
