Dogain single-mode 808nm semiconductor pump source fills the domestic gap and is the world's leading

Abstract

Based on the self-developed single-mode 808nm semiconductor laser chip with high power, high efficiency and high reliability, Dogain has launched the world's leading high-performance butterfly fiber coupling module, taking the lead in achieving industrialization breakthroughs in China and filling the domestic gap.

Application Background:

Single-mode high-performance 808nm pumped light provides reliable core power for compact fiber lasers. As the preferred pump wavelength for neodymium-doped gain media (such as Nd:YAG, Nd:YVO₄), the 808nm single-mode pump source is widely used in cutting-edge research fields such as femtosecond laser oscillators and two-photon excitation microscopy. In addition, due to its excellent frequency stability and low noise characteristics, it is widely used in many cutting-edge scientific research fields such as interferometers and ultra-high-precision laser ranging in deep space exploration.

Single-mode 808nm pump sources have become a core component of high-end laser systems thanks to their excellent beam quality and system reliability guarantees. Core Advantages and Technical Highlights:

High power output: Through refined epitaxial structure design and low-stress process preparation, the output power of the chip exceeds 1200mW, and the output power of the coupling module exceeds 600mW.

High efficiency: The maximum electro-optical conversion efficiency of the chip reaches 55%, and the electro-optical conversion efficiency remains at 53% under 700mW operating conditions. Under the operating condition of 400mW of the module, the electro-optical conversion efficiency exceeds 34%;

High reliability: In response to the pain point of power degradation of 808nm single-mode laser chips, breakthrough chip and device structure design and process optimization are adopted to greatly improve the power degradation phenomenon and ensure the reliable operation of the chip under 700mW operating conditions.
