Single-mode 1064nm wave-locking DFB laser chips and devices were successfully developed to achieve stable mass production and supply. The product is based on the first generation of self-developed high-performance 1064nm FP laser chip, which adopts on-chip integrated DFB grating technology to achieve wave locking function in a large power range, and has high product performance and spectral stability, which is favored by customers.
Application Background:
Compared with traditional FBG wave-locked lasers, single-mode 1064nm DFB lasers can achieve narrower ns pulses and faster speeds, as the seed source and core component of ultrafast lasers, due to their excellent performance, they have a wide range of application needs in industrial processing, optical communication, lidar, medical equipment and other fields.
Technological breakthroughs
Based on the first generation of self-developed high-performance 1064nm FP laser chip, Dogain directly forms a grating structure through etching in the epitaxial material structure of the chip, and completes the growth of the whole structure of the material through secondary epitaxial growth technology, realizes the integration of on-chip grating and LD, and forms a new generation of single-mode 1064nm DFB chip. After strict performance and reliability optimization, a single-mode narrow-spectrum chip with high output power is obtained, and a low-stress, high-airtightness, and high-stability 14-Pin butterfly-packaged fiber-i-coupled device is realized through single-mode fiber coupling.
