On May 18, the China Top Ten Optical Industry Technology Innovation Forum & Award Ceremony was grandly held in Wuhan Optics Valley. After rigorous multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation by the authoritative industry jury, DoGain was honored with the 2025 China Top Ten Optical Industry Technology Application Award for its core technologies and industrialization of highly stable single-mode polarized VCSEL chips.

It achieves stable single transverse mode output (symmetric Gaussian beam) within the operating range. Both 850nm and 760nm products feature a side-mode suppression ratio over 25dB, delivering superior beam quality.

Stable Polarization Output

It realizes stable linearly polarized output without polarization flipping within the operating range, with the orthogonal polarization extinction ratio exceeding 20dB, ensuring excellent signal stability and high signal-to-noise ratio.

High Output Power

It achieves power breakthrough while maintaining stable single-mode polarization performance, with output power exceeding 3mW for 850nm band and over 1.5mW for 760nm band.

Excellent Beam Characteristics

The far-field divergence angle is no more than 20° with uniform energy distribution, which helps simplify the design of downstream optical systems and cut costs.

850nm is applicable to ranging, velocity measurement and 3D sensing, while 760nm is dedicated to oxygen sensing, covering mainstream high-value application scenarios.
